BH and LBH: The Board members highlighted that the successful architectural practice had suggested refurbishing of old block. Was this an option that was suggested and will this option be considered in the masterplan review?
An assessment of the existing building quality will be undertaken and a judgement made against planning policy and the overall objectives of the regeneration of Woodberry Down.
BH: Board members expressed their frustration that they had commented on the proposed ground floor strategy, ahead of the design meeting on 30th March, however this hadn’t been discussed at the design meeting. Can you please clarify when this will be discussed at the design meeting?
The Design Committee did discuss the ground floor strategy at the meeting on 30th March. WDCO members did raise question which were discussed in the meeting.
